  1. Welcome to the April edition of the PowderKeg magazine.
  2. In order to view the magazine, type "Powder" at your
  3. DOS prompt.

  5. The .COM files were created by a very handy program
  6. from Simple Software Company which converts ASCII
  7. text files to self-displaying .com files.
  8.  
  9. The program which displays the magazine was written by
  10. myself in Qbasic 4.5.  If you encounter any problems
  11. with it, please write and let me know.
